Pre-Order Policy

PRE-ORDER POLICY

At J-STAN COLLECTIVE, some products are released through a pre-order system to allow customers early access to limited pieces before official stock arrival.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it is available for immediate shipment. Production and shipping timelines are estimated and may vary.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at checkout to confirm and secure your pre-order item(s).

Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

3. Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated fulfillment and shipping windows will be displayed on the product page.

Please understand:

* Shipping dates are estimates, not guarantees
* Delays may occur due to:
    * Manufacturing timelines
    * Fabric/material availability
    * International freight delays
    * Customs inspections
    * High order volume
    * Carrier issues

We will provide updates whenever possible.

4. Order Processing

Once inventory arrives and passes quality control, orders will begin fulfillment in the order they were received.

Tracking information will be emailed once your package ships.

5. Mixed Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock Items)

If your order includes both pre-order and ready-to-ship products, the entire order may be held until all items are available.

To receive in-stock items earlier, please place separate orders.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to limited production and inventory planning:

* Pre-orders are generally final sale
* Cancellations are not guaranteed once production has started
* Refund requests may be subject to approval and processing fees

If J-STAN COLLECTIVE cannot fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued.

7. Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Address updates must be requested before the order ships. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped and tracking has been provided, J-STAN COLLECTIVE is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery-related claims.

9. Product Variations

Minor differences between product photos and final production items may occur, including slight color, stitching, or material variations due to manufacturing processes.

10. Agreement

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Pre-Order Policy.
