RETURNS & REFUNDS

At J-STAN COLLECTIVE, we take pride in delivering premium quality products. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. All Sales Final

Due to limited releases, exclusive drops, and inventory control, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

* Wrong size selected by customer
* Change of mind
* Shipping delays caused by carriers
* Normal wear and tear
* Minor variations in color or stitching from product photos

Please review sizing information carefully before purchasing.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

* Order number
* Clear photos of the issue
* Packaging photos if applicable

Once approved, we may offer:

* Replacement item
* Store credit
* Refund (if replacement is unavailable)

Items reported outside the allowed timeframe may not qualify.

3. Return Eligibility

Approved returns must:

* Be unworn and unused
* Include original tags and packaging
* Have no stains, odors, or damage caused after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

* Refunds are issued to the original payment method
* Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
* Original shipping costs are non-refundable

5. Pre-Order Items

All pre-order purchases are considered final sale unless otherwise stated.

Estimated shipping dates are subject to change due to production or logistics delays.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, J-STAN COLLECTIVE is not responsible for:

* Lost packages
* Stolen packages
* Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers

Customers must file claims directly with the shipping provider.

7. Chargebacks & Fraud

Any fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in:

* Order cancellation
* Permanent ban from future purchases
* Submission of evidence to payment providers
